The executive director is the chief executive officer. She coordinates all activities of the board of directors and committees, coordinates legislative activities and serves as the liaison for other industry associations. She serves as the treasurer for the NATM Political Action Committee (PAC). The executive director is the staff liaison to the executive, nominations, bylaws and finance committees.

The member services director manages the membership program by recruiting new members, planning membership drives and reviewing all applications. She also oversees the annual convention and trade show and coordinates government affairs activities. She is the assistant treasurer for the NATM Political Action Committee (PAC). The member services director is the staff liaison to the membership, government affairs, convention and trailer dealers committees.

The marketing director coordinates the association marketing program. She is the editor of the NATM bi-monthly magazine Tracks and responsible all publications, marketing materials and advertising. The marketing director serves as the liaison to the marketing, convention and membership committees.

The technical director is in charge of all association technical related activities and committees, and answers NATM member’s technical questions. He is the liaison for the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), and other industry organizations, in the development and maintenance of industry standards. The technical director is the staff liaison for the technical, compliance and engineering committees and oversees the annual review and revision of the Guidelines and the Model User's Manual.

The marketing assistant maintains the association Web site and is responsible for the Web site advertising program. He helps create promotional pieces and designs various marketing pieces for both the association and members. The marketing assistant also serves as a liaison to the marketing committee.

The NATM Compliance Consultant schedules and conducts compliance consultations for NATM regular members (trailer manufacturers) to assess whether the member has the manufacturing processes in place to build trailers that meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and recommended industry practices. The compliance consultants serve on the compliance and technical committees.

The executive assistant assists with the executive director. She also assists with meeting arrangements, annual Guidelines revisions, convention planning and registration.

The executive assistant assists with the processing of membership applications, updating member records and coordinating member benefits. She also assists with the compliance program and manages the annual trade show.

The member services assistant helps with the membership program by recruiting new members, assisting with membership drives and processing all applications. She also assists with planning convention and government affairs activities. The member services assistant also serves as a liaison to the membership and government affairs committee.

The bookkeeper handles dues payments, accounts receivable, accounts payable and invoicing. She processes all credit payments and payment plans.

The receptionist handles all phone calls, decal orders and UPS shipments.
