Please send NATM the completed Booth Refund Request form by Nov. 30, 2020. Companies not submitting a refund request will have their 2021 booth funds automatically applied to the 2022 Convention & Trade Show, and will have priority selection for the 2022 booth spaces second to sponsors.
NATM will process the refund using the method of original payment within thirty days of receiving this refund request form. When NATM processes your refund, you will be notified by email in order to check your credit card or bank statement.
