Can Your Truck Really Tow That? Matching Trailers and Tow Vehicles for Safe Towing
Towing Webinar
Event Details
Just because a truck can pull a trailer doesn't mean it's the right match. Understanding how to properly pair a tow vehicle with a trailer is essential for safe towing, yet important factors like payload capacity, tongue weight, and hitch selection are often overlooked.
Join trailer safety expert Brad Heath, owner of Double D Trailers, as he breaks down the key considerations for matching trailers and tow vehicles. Attendees will learn how to interpret GVWR and payload ratings, determine appropriate tongue weight, select the right hitch, and understand why keeping a trailer level matters for towing stability and performance.
Whether you're a trailer dealer helping customers choose the right setup, a manufacturer, or a trailer owner preparing for your next trip, this webinar will provide the knowledge needed to evaluate towing combinations, recognize potential safety concerns, and make more informed decisions.
