General Show Information

The Trade Show exhibit hall is part of the Gaylord Opryland facility, ensuring easy access to all the latest products, technologies, and solutions in the trailer industry without ever leaving the building. Explore innovations and network with leading manufacturers, suppliers, and industry experts.   

Booth Information

Exhibitor Booth Charge Includes:

• Two complimentary booth worker registrations. (Registrations include tickets to all events excluding Welcome Event)
• Small paper booth sign with company name and booth number.
• Listings on NATM.com and on the Convention & Trade Show App

Booth Purchasing Information:

• The cost per 10’ x 10’ booth is $2,247 for members, $4,494 for nonmembers 
• NATM will be using Map Your Show’s online booth sales software.
• Booth sign-up will only be available online. Paper exhibitor contracts will not be available.
  
  • Payments can only be made via credit card. No exceptions.

Please Note: Purchasing a booth does not automatically register you or your team for the NATM Convention & Trade Show.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation by the exhibitor, no refunds will be made.
