Booth Information

Exhibitor Booth Charge Includes:
  • Two complimentary booth worker registrations. (Registrations include tickets to all events excluding Opening Event and Awards Luncheon)
  • Fully carpeted booth space.
  • Wi-Fi
  • Wastebasket and two chairs.
  • 6’ skirted table and 8’ back drape with 3’ draped side rails.
  • Small paper booth sign with company name and booth number.
  • Listings on NATM.com and on the Convention & Trade Show App
Booth Purchasing Information:
  • The cost per 10’ x 10’ booth is $1,785 for NATM members and $3,570 for non-members.
  • NATM will be using Map Your Show’s online booth sales software.
  • Booth sign-up will only be available online. Paper exhibitor contracts will not be available.
    • Payments can only be made via credit card. No exceptions.

Please Note: Purchasing a booth does not automatically register for the NATM Convention & Trade Show. Register your booth workers here.

Important Deadlines:

  • May 17-July 4– 2023 Sponsors will select booth space in order of sponsorship levels
  • July 5-Aug. 7 – 2023 Exhibitors may select booth space
  • Aug. 8 – Booth sales open to the general membership
  • Sept. 5 – Booth sales available to non-members
  • January 1 – Membership dues must be paid to keep the member booth rate
  • Feb. 9 – Attendee pre-registration deadline. All fees increase by $50 after this date.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation by the exhibitor, no refunds will be made.
