One Industry. One Conversation.

Join the Live Polling Forum at the Inaugural NATM Dealer Summit

Tuesday | 3:00–4:30 p.m. | Room 103

The best ideas don't always come from a presentation. Sometimes they come from hearing how hundreds of dealers answer the same question.

That's the idea behind the Live Polling Forum, the capstone session of the inaugural NATM Dealer Summit at the NATDA Trailer Show.

This isn't a traditional panel discussion. It's an interactive industry conversation where every dealer in the room becomes part of the program.

Throughout the session, live polling questions will appear on the screen, and attendees will respond using their phones. Within seconds, the audience will see a real-time snapshot of the trailer industry—revealing shared challenges, differing perspectives, and the issues that matter most to today's dealerships.

From there, the conversation begins.

Rather than debating one another, dealers and manufacturers will react to the live polling results, sharing their perspectives, experiences, and ideas for moving the industry forward. Some responses may surprise you. Others may reinforce what you've experienced in your own dealership. Every discussion is designed to encourage collaboration, spark new ideas, and strengthen the relationships that make the trailer industry successful.

A Conversation Built Around the Industry

When NATM's Dealer Committees helped shape the inaugural Dealer Summit, they made one thing clear: dealers wanted more than presentations. They wanted meaningful conversations with people who understand their business.

The Live Polling Forum brings that vision to life.

By bringing dealers and manufacturers to the same table, this session creates an opportunity to explore industry challenges together, learn from different perspectives, and better understand the realities each side experiences every day. While each panelist brings a unique point of view, everyone shares the same goal—building stronger partnerships, supporting customers, and advancing the trailer industry.

Meet the Moderator

Guiding the conversation is Johnathan Bradley, Chief Revenue Officer of All American Trailer Connection and a member of the NATM Board of Directors.

Johnathan's career has taken him through manufacturing, dealership operations, and executive leadership, giving him a unique understanding of the trailer industry from multiple perspectives. His ability to connect ideas, ask thoughtful questions, and keep conversations focused makes him the ideal moderator for a session built around collaboration rather than debate.

Dealer Perspectives

Representing the dealer community is Ronnie Enns, Founder and CEO of Happy Trailers in Texas.

From starting with a single location and no employees to leading a successful multi-location dealership, Ronnie has experienced every aspect of dealership operations. A current NATDA Dealer Council member and former NATM Dealer Committee member, he brings decades of experience in sales, service, inventory management, leadership, and customer experience. His practical insight and passion for helping the industry continue to mature make him an invaluable voice in this discussion.

Joining Ronnie on the dealer side is Geoffrey Osborne, owner of John Yoder Co. in Alabama.

Geoffrey built his dealership and repair business from the ground up, growing from repainting horse trailers to operating a respected repair facility known for quality workmanship. Working directly with customers every day gives him a unique perspective on product performance, service, and the importance of strong dealer-manufacturer relationships. Geoffrey believes some of the industry's best ideas begin with listening to the people who interact with trailer owners every day.

Manufacturer Perspectives

Joining the discussion from the manufacturing side is Jacob Crabb, Chief Customer Officer at Diamond C Trailers.

Known throughout the industry as the "Chief Trailer Nerd," Jacob has spent his career learning every facet of trailer manufacturing—from sweeping floors and welding trailers to leading sales, marketing, customer experience, and dealer relationships. His philosophy is simple: dealers and manufacturers are strongest when they listen to one another and work toward the same goal of serving customers well.

Also joining the panel is Josh Johnson, Chief Operating Officer of Triple Crown Trailers and Down 2 Earth Trailers.

With nearly two decades of manufacturing experience, Josh oversees operations across multiple production facilities while working closely with dealer partners throughout the country. His background in manufacturing, logistics, quality, and continuous improvement provides valuable insight into the challenges manufacturers face and why open communication with dealers leads to better products, stronger partnerships, and long-term success.

The Industry's Voice Takes Center Stage

The Live Polling Forum closes with a Hot Seat finale, where audience-submitted questions will guide the final discussion. While some topics will remain outside the scope of the session, attendees can expect thoughtful, candid conversations centered on the opportunities and challenges shaping today's trailer industry.

This session isn't about dealers versus manufacturers but rather it's about bringing both sides together to better understand one another, learn from shared experiences, and continue building an industry that succeeds through collaboration.

Bring Your Phone. Bring Your Perspective.

Every poll response helps shape the discussion. Every panelist brings a different perspective. Together, they create the kind of conversation dealers have been asking for—open, thoughtful, and focused on moving the industry forward.

Bring your phone. Bring your perspective. Most importantly, come ready to participate. Your answers will help shape the discussion. This is the kind of education the Dealer Committees envisioned—interactive, collaborative, and built around the people who work in the trailer industry every day. Come be a part of it.
