Plan Your Booth Design Around Columns - 2025 NATM Show

Excitement is building for the 2025 NATM Convention & Trade Show at the Gaylord Opryland Ryman Exhibit Halls, taking place from February 17-20. To ensure a smooth experience for all exhibitors, it's important for exhibitors to be aware of the structural columns within the exhibit hall and to plan to design booths accordingly. 

Key Points:

• Columns Every 30 Feet: The 2025 NATM Convention exhibit hall is located in Ryman B at the Gaylord Opryland and has structural columns spaced every 30 feet. These columns might intersect with merged booths.

• Visual Guide: Refer to the booth sales map where columns are highlighted in yellow. This will help you understand their location and plan your booth accordingly.

Booth Planning Tips:

• Merged Booths: Some booths have already been merged to accommodate these columns. You can still purchase neighboring booths, and NATM Staff will merge them for you.

• MapYourShow Booth Sales Map: Pay attention to the small yellow squares indicating columns when selecting your booth.
