The online directory is a critical benefit NATM offers to its committed members and affiliates. You can maximize this benefit and boost your company's visibility by updating your NATM Member Directory Profile Listing. 

What Information is Highlighted in a Directory Listing? 

On the main directory landing page, visitors will preview members': 

• Name 

• Logo/Headshot 

• Phone number 

• Address (for companies only - derived from Shipping Address fields) 

• Email 

• Social media links 

• Member type 

When someone clicks on a member's listing, the Member Profile Badge directs them to the member's profile page, revealing: 

• Contact information 

• Website 

• Member description (e.g., Company Overview or Professional Bio) 

• Custom field info, such as member categories 

• Related branches and members 

• Facebook and Twitter feeds 

• And more! 

I Don’t See My Company Listed on the Directories 

Membership Directory listings are only available to members and affiliates in good standing. The Directory listing is also an optional member benefit the Primary Contact can choose to bypass, should they not want their company listed. 

How Do I Update My Directory Listing? 

Members can effortlessly update their profile and company details within their Member Compass to enhance their listing. Any individual with Management Access capabilities for their Company will be able to make updates to their Company’s Member Directory Listing. Management Access can be determined by your Company’s Primary Contact.
