• Create a Plan for Lead Retrieval:  Lead Retrieval is easier than ever for NATM Convention & Trade Show Exhibitors and Attendees! Attendees’ contact information can be found on the official NATM Events mobile app—featured wherever apps are sold. NATM is once again using the Whova app to improve the attendee and exhibitor experience. Simply download the Whova app and search for the "NATM Convention & Trade Show."
  
  If you find yourself unable to access your Exhibitor Portal to update your Whova Exhibitor Profile, it is likely because you have not been designated as booth staff within the app. Only the Exhibitor Main Contact possesses the ability to add or remove booth personnel, so it's essential to collaborate with your team to gain access. Please note that NATM cannot add or remove booth staff; our assistance will be limited to providing information about who the Exhibitor Main Contact is.
  
  

• Showcase Your Latest Components at the 2026 Trailer Trends & Tech Showcase: Have a new product that will improve trailer safety or manufacturing and production? Have an exciting component to share with prospective customers? Or is it a new service that will save trailer manufacturers thousands? For only $750 per product, you’ll have the opportunity to debut your newest offerings to key industry leaders at the 2026 show in Fort Worth. Contact NATM Events Director Aileen Valido at Aileen.Valido@natm.com for the online application and for additional requirements for participation. The deadline to submit your product application is Dec. 5, 2025. Please note that NATM will not accept on-site submissions. 
  
  
• 2026 Exhibitor Marketing Kit: Let your customers and prospective customers know you will be exhibiting at the #NATMShow. Place your company name in front of attendees long before they enter the Exhibit Hall. The earlier you start, the more successful you’ll be at driving your target audience to your booth. Exhibitors who have taken advantage of the Exhibitor Marketing Kit have noted a rise in booth traffic and greater interaction on the official Convention App.
