This member-favorite social media campaign is back and better than ever!

Are you ready for the return of NATM's Woman Crush Wednesday campaign? We certainly are! First launched in 2019 as part of NATM’s 2019-2022 strategic plan, NATM’s Woman Crush Wednesday is back and better than ever before, shining a light on the remarkable women who are shaping the future of manufacturing in the trailer industry.

This important social media campaign allows NATM and our members to highlight women in the manufacturing industry as a way of tapping into the underutilized talent pool and helping grow representation for younger generations.

The manufacturing industry has been struggling to attract and retain female talent, with only 29% of the manufacturing workforce being women, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. That's why NATM is so excited to bring back this campaign, to showcase the full spectrum of what it means to be a manufacturer and to encourage more women and young girls to consider a career in this exciting and dynamic industry.

Each month, NATM will highlight a woman from the manufacturing floor to the C-Suite who has demonstrated excellence in their role. From welders to engineers, from marketing professionals to CEOs, we want to celebrate the incredible women who are driving innovation, growth, and success in the trailer manufacturing industry.

So join us in celebrating the return of NATM's Woman Crush Wednesday campaign! Follow us on social media to learn more about the inspiring women we will be featuring each month and to help us spread the word about the importance of diversity and inclusion in the manufacturing industry. Let's empower and inspire the next generation of female leaders in manufacturing!
