• Andy Derr – M.H. Eby (incumbent)
  • Andy currently serves as the NATM Board President and has served on the Technical, Technology, Finance and Executive Committees. He was the 2022 winner of the NATM Young Professional Award and is a regular attendee of Regulatory Roundup. Andy brings a manufacturer's and practical industry perspective to the Board, along with a proven commitment to NATM’s mission, and help ensure the association delivers real value for its members.
    
    
• Deborah Edwards – Steelpoint (incumbent)
  • Deborah currently serves on the NATM Board and is a member of the Government Affairs and Finance Committees for NATM. Deborah has over 35 years of experience in law and business, including 10 years with their family owned trailer business. Deborah brings a unique perspective to our association and has a passion for making our industry and organization better.
    
    
• Doug Clark – Karavan Trailers
  • Doug is a former member of the NATM Board and currently serves on the Government Affairs Committee for NATM. Doug has seen the industry evolve and wants to continue to push the organization and our industry forward. Doug has a background in finance and would offer a unique perspective to the NATM Board.
    
    
• Oliver Reelsen – Novae
  • Oliver is a current member of the Government Affairs Committee and attended the 2026 Regulatory Roundup. He is looking to bring his 17 years of experience with knowledge of manufacturing, ERP, NHTSA regulations, and customer focused tools to the Board to continue to help make NATM better.
    
    
• Todd Lozier – Forest River
  • Todd is a current member of the Government Affairs Committee. Todd is looking to bring his engineering and process leadership to the NATM Board. He has been active with RVIA for many years and is looking to help make sure NATM continues to grow and serve its members.
    
    
• William Craig – U-Haul
  • William has served on the Technology and Technical Committees since 2019. He also won the 2023 NATM Outstanding Member of the Year Award for his contributions to the industry. William wants to use his combined expertise in the automotive engineering, products liability, and experience with government issues to the NATM Board.

Associate/Supplier (1 seat open)

• Kevin Ten Haken – Demco (incumbent)
  • Kevin is a current member of the NATM Board and is a long time member of the Finance Committee, in addition to attending the 2026 Regulatory Roundup. Kevin wants to continue to use his knowledge of the industry and understanding of NATM programming to continue to improve the association and ensure NATM is providing value to its members.
    
    
• Brent Freel – KampCo
  • Brent has served on the Convention, Membership, Government Affairs, and Technical Committees for NATM. He has over 35 years of experience in the industry producing parts, and has seen how the industry has changed in that time. He would like to help NATM continue to grow to meet the needs of members, and help shape the future of the industry and trailer safety.
    
    
• Eric Kazmierzak – Perfection Chain
  • Eric is a former member of the NATM Board and currently serves as the chair for the Technical and Compliance Committees. Eric is a previous chair of the education committee, which he served on for 9 years. Eric is looking to bring his previous board experience back to the NATM Board, and is looking to continue to help serve and support the industry.
    
    
• J’Lynn Olah – Shelby Trailer Service
  • J’Lynn is a long-time member of the Membership Committee and won the 2025 Ed Freel Membership Award. With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, J’Lynn is looking to bring her knowledge and willingness to assist to help make a difference on the NATM Board. J’Lynn has consistently demonstrated a commitment to supporting the industry, and strengthening professional standards across the field.

Tow Vehicle OEM (1 seat open)

• Steve Aiuto – GM (incumbent)
  • Steve is a current member of the NATM Board and serves on the Government Affairs Committee. He is a past member of the Technology Committee and is continuously looking for ways to make sure tow vehicles and trailers are operating in a way that is safe.
