At NATM, we are dedicated to fostering industry success while placing safety at the forefront of our efforts. We believe that our Association members are essential in achieving this mission, and your vote is crucial. By engaging in the elections, you can help shape the future of NATM and enhance the safety of our nation’s roadways.

Each member company is allowed to submit ONE ballot. Main contacts will receive their ballot via email on November 6th.

Meet Your Nominees

Regular/Manufacturer (4 total seats available):
    • Charles Daugherty – Red Fern Dynamics
      • Charles has served on the finance, government affairs, education, and membership committees for NATM. He also served as a Board Member from 2022-2025 and has previously won the NATM Innovation Award. Charles has 11 years of experience building mobile kitchens and cares deeply about the mission of NATM and wants to continue helping the association’s progression, participating regularly in Regulatory Roundup and other NATM initiatives.
    • Dave McKee – ATW
      • Dave has served on the education, technology, and technical committees for NATM. Dave has nearly 30 years of experience in the trailer industry and looks forward to the opportunity to bring his extensive leadership experience in key areas including parts distribution, sales, manufacturing, and overall operations to the NATM Board.
    • Jacob Crabb – Diamond C
      • Jacob has served on the education committee, along with participating as a panelist for both an NATM webinar on marketing and during the NATM Trailer Expo, where he served on a panel discussing dealer – manufacturer relations. Jacob is also a previous NATM Young Professional Award winner. Jacob is deeply passionate about the progress of the trailer industry and believes he can make a positive contribution to the NATM Board.
    • Johnathan Bradley – Liberty Trailers (incumbent NATM Board Member)
      • Johnathan is a current NATM Board Member and has served on the convention and education committees. Johnathan has nearly 20 years of industry experience and has served in multiple roles for the trailer brands he has worked. Johnathan started in the trailer industry when he was 17, and he is looking to give back for all of the opportunities the industry has provided him. Johnathan believes his extensive experience in marketing and sales provides a benefit to the NATM Board.
    • Michael Etheridge – Wylie & Son (incumbent NATM Board Member)
      • Michael is a current NATM Board Member and has served on the convention, education, and technology committees, while also serving as chair of the technical committee. Michael has 19 years of experience as a design engineer for transport semitrailers and 9 years of experience as senior design engineer at Wylie & Son. Michael believes his knowledge of trailer design and safety helps make sure NATM succeeds in its mission to promote trailer safety.

Associate/Supplier (2 total seats available):
    • Bill O’Hara – Dexter (incumbent NATM Board Member)
      • Bill is a current NATM Board Member and has served on the membership committee. Bill has also won the NATM Outstanding Associate Member Award and attended 25 NATM Conventions in his 29 years with Dexter. Bill has 29 years of experience in the trailer industry and extensive experience with trailer production. Bill believes his solid relationships within NATM’s membership, and his experience make him a strong contributor to the NATM Board.
    • Marcus Hester – EMCO
      • Marcus previously served two terms as an NATM Board Member, he also has served on the marketing and convention committee, and as chair of the membership committee. Marcus has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has been extensively involved with NATM programming. Marcus believes he brings a deep understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities, and his member focused outlook make him a strong potential candidate for the NATM Board.
    • Richard LaVanture – LaVanture Products
      • Richard has served on the finance and convention committees, along with previously winning the NATM Outstanding Associate Member Award. Richard’s relationship with NATM OEM members has been a large part of LaVanture’s business, and he is always looking for ways to improve the industry. Richard believes his experience as a wholesaler to the industry gives him a perspective on helping see issues that could impact the industry, which he looks to assist with as a member of the NATM Board.

Dealer Affiliate (1 seat available)
    • Chris Lago – All American Trailer Connection (incumbent NATM Board Member)
      • Chris is a current NATM Board Member and has served as the chair for the trailer dealer committee. Chris has served as the leader of a family-owned and operated company and has been in the industry for basically his entire life. Chris believes that his experience helping the NATM Dealer Affiliate Program and as a business owner make him a strong candidate to continue serving on the NATM Board.
    • Greg Blaser – Blaser Trailer Sales
      • Greg has served on the trailer dealer committee for NATM since its founding as a committee. Greg has experience in all technical aspects of trailer design and service. Greg is passionate about seeing the industry become more safety oriented, proficient, and prosperous. Greg believes that trailer dealers need an organization that is responsive to industry needs and would like to be a part of the progress made on advancing the industry.
